Construction Management
We can provide construction management services in either a CM at Risk position or as an Owner’s Agent. In either case, we use our experience and knowledge of the local design and subcontractor community to advise you on the best value for each project.
General Contracting
Through the pre-construction, estimating and bidding/proposal phases, we will evaluate your project’s unique requirements. Each project will be given the proper site supervision and managed with the best subcontractors to guarantee success.

Design Build
After listening to your needs and determining the requirements for your project – including schedule, budget, building use and appearance – we will assemble the proper team to meet the project’s unique goals.
LEED Construction
Construction management is about more than completing a project on time. We can advise you on the impact that material and building-systems selections will have on your ability to gain life cycle cost savings, which can increase marketability and foster a healthy environment.
Kirk Bosworth is a LEED Accredited Professional, and he can assist with projects aiming for LEED Certications(s), starting with design-phase decisions that will help your project achieve the desired certication level.
